Pros
Does provide a paycheck so "shouldnt" complain too much... but there are so many other options out there. Split from Hewlett-Packard Enterprise so many employees that work here know HPE's environments very well. HPE account is still pretty awesome to work on. I cannot comment on working on accounts other than this one.
Cons
So much work done in India so West Coast hours are very early to very late. Health Care benefits are expensive on top of high deductible. 4% match only if putting in 6% for 401k No bonuses - company policy No raises - previous manager said there is no structure for it prior to him quitting Constant WFR's - Company goal is a ratio of 1:20 employees in US timezone (US/Mexico) to India. Therefore very few people in the US.
