Pros
Best place to recommend your enemies or someone whom you hate. Good place to train your tolerance level. If you want to experience to what extent you will break, join DXC. If you ever want to experience being in a relationship, join DXC. You will have people constantly texting you and calling you even in the middle of the night. You will get to enjoy how it feels to be constantly showered with "attention".
Cons
This is a place that can even turn a harmless sheep into a devil. Extremely poor management that are only in that position because of tenure. Even if you take a stone and throw anywhere out there in the public, 90% chance you will get a better management then those currently in the company. Even a kid will have better common sense than the management in this company. They have no proper planning and are not willing to learn or listen. You can get tasks change every minute and make to work overtime or burn every weekend. Basically don’t expect to have a life because they will just ask you to do things at the very last minute while they enjoy just managing at home. You have more people talking than people working so brace yourself to receive tasks from multiple people. As long as you are capable or skilled, you will be doing everything while the person responsible for it will just enjoy the free money going in into his pocket and slacking away. They will lure you in with a beautiful title but be prepared that you will never do what you are interested in or what you apply for. Once you are in, you are the warrior to do everybody’s work while force to listen to management that doesn’t even know IT or leadership or planning. You will be literally trying to explain to a wall. This however doesn’t apply to all teams. It really depends on which department or project you are applying for. So if you love a gamble, throw the dice and pray for good luck. Else, run. Run as far as you can away from this place.
