Pros

Good people who are legacy employees from before the mergers & acquisitions

Cons

The leadership is poison. They almost all come from Accenture and don't seem to have any idea how to run the company. It's unempathetic leadership, constant anxiety about the financial position, constant decisions to cut jobs that are critical to employee well-being, and endless work force reductions. This company cannot get it together --- they will likely be acquired and split up. I also believes that this comes from the top: the CEO is defensive (hates the results of employee Pulse surveys and gets mad at people on town hall meetings). Leaving this company was a blessing but I felt badly for the souls i left behind -- suffering on a sinking ship. I just hope they find new jobs that are more rewarding. Most stressful job I've ever had. My senior leader had literally no idea what they were doing and made rash decisions based on incompetence. What a mess.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
