Pros
The higher-ups all seem genuinely nice, but they really should not be trusted. It's a decent place to get involved with IT work, but don't count on going far with this company.
Cons
The company lied and manipulted an entire warehouse of employees, stringing everyone along for months about promised promotions and/or salary raises. They say that you have as many paid vacation days in a year "as long as they are approved ahead of time", but they rarely approve the time. HR will put you off about any requests, complaints, or concerns. They failed to give any heads-up to their employees that their location would potentially be shut down, and numerous people were suddenly without work with only a day or two notice.
