stable job but it all depends on the client and technical leader.
Cons
Too toxic environment, there is no salary increase, the first year is with an outsourced company, so you do not receive prepaid medical care or benefits. No career plan, long working hours, unpaid and sometimes unrewarded overtime ,no recognition of your effort,, no respect for the estimated time of the user stories.you get noticed for not being online all the time at work.
