Pros

As global system integrator of this size, you can diversify your career as they offer many products/solutions and operate in many different countries you potentially could relocate to.

Cons

This company has no focus or priority on employee well being, career progression or benefits at all. It's all about squeezing the max so overall cost stays low. "Say what you do and do NOT do what you say" is a 1-line summary of the company culture. Unlimited leave policy -> a joke, its invented to reduce the number for formal annual leave days to absolute minimal per MOM direction. Annual leave they have to pay when you leave and cannot refuse to take, flex leave they don't have to pay anything when you leave and control better when you take it. Health Insurance - yes they have, but policy is so restricted that anything more than a GP-visit is mainly funded through your CPF or own pocket. There many more examples of what is sold as a benefit but in reality is squeezed / restricted so much its more a burden.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
