Pros
Fully remote work. OK benefits (options to buy/sell holidays, purchase extended sick leave etc.)
Cons
No progression. Training is barely provided (you will most likely shadow a current employee who doesn't specialise in training via a Teams call and be then told to get on with it) DXC would rather you leave than give you a pay rise and then they will hire somebody to replace you on a higher salary anyway(?). Seriously.
