Pros
lots of flexibility and a great place for those who are self starters and can self motivate and self direct to drive results.
Cons
Like many large companies, first (and sometimes second level managers) are not the best and are promoted based on who they know or how well they are liked. Pick your manager carefully when looking at opportunities to make sure you'll have the freedom and support when necessary to be successful. If you are diverse or over 50, not a good option.
