Pros

Initial onboarding training Work life balance is OK Time off and leave is positive

Cons

Do not take this with a grain of salt. Base pay will leave you in poverty if you cannot meet crazy growth numbers to your quota. Claimed Uncapped commissions, but will cap you any chance they get to save a dime. The management handled covid extremely poorly froze 401k matching, promotions, hiring etc. Then magically upper management was being promoted while the lower levels are left without explanation. They claim business was better than ever but yet cannot promote who is eligible. They will lose talent because of this. Processes and internal collaboration is horrible with little to no changes. Management will not be on your side on anything you come forward with, they will challenge your suggestions or questions and leave you hanging. They follow the leaders they are aligned to and will force unnnecessary metrics on you "busy work". They promise career advancement and here we are two years later with no promotion and no ability to move.

Pros

At this point? None honestly.

Cons

They did a complete 180 since I got hired. Came in as remote during COVID and now that they forced most people back to the office, they made us 3rd class citizens in the company. Can't get a raise, a promotion, any spiffs or even the same contests that the people in the office do. This company does not keep promises and has been constantly doing workforce reductions ever year like clockwork for 4 years now. The COO Jeff Clarke is an absolute clown as well, you have to go into the office dressed as business casual, but this guy goes to One Dell World in undersized lame t-shirts every year. Hypocrisy at all levels of this company. Just looking for a good opportunity and I am out, after talking to my co workers I feel like 70-80% feel the same. The tools also suck and are down half the time as well.
