Great culture, great diversity and inclusion.
Cons
The pay structure and comp plan are unbearable and hard to obtain over 100% (where the money is). Basically, someone else is responsible for 60% of your quota and this makes it hard to reach your goal. You have sooo much to do on your side of the business, you can fight to do your part, but it doesn't matter if your teammate doesn't deliver.
