Pros
Great benefits, ability to work with hundreds of different vendors, looks great on your resume
Cons
Micromanagement, and very weird cult-like culture. Management is inexperienced and out of touch. Expect to spend about 80% of your time doing non-sales related activities that 30 random people with a VP title hands to you, on top of being nearly impossible to obtain a raise. When the pandemic started, there were mass layoffs and our 401k contributions were taken away, while at the same time our quotas were raised and lead times were at least 6 months, making it impossible to hit your OTE since you only get paid after something ships. After all of that, Mikey Dell sent out a forbes article to the entire company boasting about their 'record breaking profits'. Completely tone deaf, and I was surprised more people were not upset about it after the complete hell we went through in 2020/2021. It used to be great, but I think poor management decisions paired with corporate greed created an extremely toxic workplace. I would definitely steer clear of here unless you need some big name experience to add to your resume.
