Pros

- Great, fun co-workers - weekly socials with staff like free pizza, ice cream, appetizers, etc. - You learn really strong sales and marketing skills - Talking to awesome people in their homes - good mileage reimbursement if you are a driver. Can easily clear $100 for long trips - easy promotion to Field Manager if you stay on

Cons

-Horrible, rude people - Going door to door as your job - Constant miscommunication with corporate and directors. Nobody seems to be fully steering the ship. - If you are a driver, lots of driving so wear and tear. If you get in an accident, company will hold you liable and provide no support if you don't have a commercial license. - plateau career wise at Field Manager unless a director position opens up. - Long trips (1.5 to 2 hours) one way can be in cars of 5 people. 3 people in a back seat? Not fun.

Pros

Fun laid-back work environment. Working for a good cause and helping make an impact in the community.

Cons

Door-to-door canvassing in the winter is pretty miserable.

Pros

Good money for what it is! I enjoyed working outside and meeting new people every single day.

Cons

Hours are tough. Upper management ranges from incompetent to downright malignant. In weekly all-director meetings, canvassers (i.e. the people who actually make this company run) are talked about in abhorrently demeaning terms. Turn over rate is insane and the company has zero will to fix this, which leads to an unstable-feeling work environment. The only people who are treated with any sort of respect at all are the brass in Denver.
