Pros
Dynatrace has had it shares of ups and downs, but the company is giving its best effort to stay ahead of the curve with its products and innovation. I think it's really exciting to be part of a team that consistently scores top of the list (check out our Gartner ratings) and is a recognized leader in our field. The office spaces are modern (logistics are important to people) and there is a lot of energy (meeting spaces are glass and you can see the multitude of initiatives going on throughout the office). Schedules are flexible and accommodating which, in this day and age, is such a huge factor. The comp/ benefits programs are strong as well.
Cons
All companies have "cons". Some people can harp on it and other people take that as an opportunity to make an impact. It's up to us (as employees) as to how we want to contribute to our company's success or hinder its progress.
