Pros

- I enjoyed working with a group of innovative and intelligent individuals - Flexibility to work from home - Free coffee/keg in a comfortable office environment - Best APM solution on the market

Cons

- I was promoted, but in name only as the raise I was promised never came after 9 months. To make matters worse, I was being paid considerably lower than market value. - Significant layoffs occur once a year, causing job uncertainty - Crucial information was often shared through the grapevine (or not at all) causing tension for the uninformed and a lack of transparency

It’s great to know that you we’re happy with working with an innovative team in a comfortable office environment. Not to mention your positive comment of “working with the best APM solution on the market”—Awesome! We acknowledge that Dynatrace has undergone a fair amount of recent change, but with those changes come great opportunities and a new, positive chapter for the company. Dynatrace has implemented a quarterly compensation planning process in effort to reward outstanding performance. Our employees are our most important asset here at Dynatrace and we most certainly do not support an environment of favoritism. We can always do better at communicating and will continue to make progress on this front. Thank you for your comments and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
