Pros

Initially excited by the opportunity to work for an industry leader.

Cons

I'm not sure where any of the positive reviews for Dynatrace came from (they sound like they were paid for). This review is based on my experiences across the entire organization. Consider my experiences before accepting a position at Dynatrace: 1) Within 12 months there were very few remaining new hires from the orientation class. 2) Internal politics favor friends over AE's that consistently exceed targets. 3) Open Door and Code of Conduct aren't worth the paper printed on. 4) Executive Cover and Product Management support no more than lip service.

Your review is extremely appreciated. Working for an industry leader is very exciting and we're proud to be just that. However, we're saddened to hear that your time at Dynatrace wasn't a positive one. Being a global company, we strive for a complete open and collaborative atmosphere at Dynatrace, one that our employees are equally treated, trusted and positively inspired. We take your written words very seriously as they give us more insight on where we can improve and to your point, have more employee's (past, current or future) concerns be brought to attention. Thanks again and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
