Pros

Good technology - good pace of innovation - leader in APM space

Cons

* Over expansion in field sales - smaller territories - half the accounts in current territories are bad accounts * Comp plan somewhat below market and not up with competitors * Culture change over past 18 months is highly negative and become a beat-down, cut throat sales culture. * Not a fun place to work as it has been the for many years until that point * Additional risk and unknowns under PE ownership and poised to be spun off, sold, etc.

Thanks for your feedback. Our innovative technology is something to be proud of and we're glad you agree! Our company change within the past year was put in place to provide culture improvements, team organization, and new opportunities. We have high hopes for the results of these recent changes. Our field sales team is usually granted territories within their own region--inevitably some larger than others. This regional based territory planning is looked at as a positive perk of Dynatrace as it allows more of a work-life balance. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
