Pros

Every day is something new so you always have a challenge but not so new that you are always adrift and needing to reach out for help. There are so many chances to gather your own personal knowledge base and share it with colleagues when they ask you for ideas and advice while we all work together as one team to provide an amazing product and experience to our customers.

Cons

With all this expansion and growth comes growing pains, usually in the form of always needing more and more talent and training to keep up with our ever growing customer base and all the different technologies that they are using out in the wild.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
