Pros

- A gold mine of data - Vision of the product - Focus on employee welness

Cons

The ruling party - if you are not part of Linz, or may be recently Vienna labs, where like CEO says holds the critical mass, forget about your career growth. There are efforts to roll out a common promotion and compensation program. But this does not affect you unless you are at a high-growing lab like Linz or Vienna. If you are working from the US, then promotions are non-existent. There are many hard-working, focused, and talented (compared to many Europeans) who are stuck without promotions.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
