Pros

Very good work-life balance and fair pay. Interesting, challenging work continuously adopting new technologies. Growth opens up career opportunities. Skilled, smart colleagues ease technical processes. Nearly no personnel fluctuation; a lot of knowledge accumulated in the team through tenure in the product's application area. Strong quality work focus. 2-4 person offices.

Cons

Quickly-changing field with competition pressure. Headcount not growing as much as the turnover. No canteen.

Feeling both the pros and the cons you describe. Working in a bigger office w/100+ people. Fortunately we have a great cafeteria (canteen)! The idea of giving employees opportunity to take a few days to improve efficiency resonate with me. Colleagues say working at Dynatrace like "drinking from fire hose". This is good because it makes job exciting, but downside is you never seem to get time to improve processes/procedures. Could use two or three days to rethink things to create efficiencies, improving both personal and company performance. But overall, I enjoy Dynatrace atmosphere, culture, people.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
