We take your concerns seriously and are committed to making improvements in the areas you suggested. It's important to us that every team member feels valued and has a clear path to growth within the company. We recently introduced a global career framework, so employees have a clearer path to their responsibilities, growth, and goals, along with a global mentoring program to help get them there. Additionally, we continue to establish employee resource groups to support unique interests and foster connection throughout the organization. In collaboration with our ERGs, we host a variety of events in celebration of heritage and history months including speaker events on fostering education, raising cultural awareness through Lunch & Learns, and more. We've also established a Global Inclusion Council that is dedicated to fostering an environment where diversity is celebrated, equity is upheld, inclusion is practiced, and a sense of belonging is felt by all. They work collaboratively with the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) to support global DEIB initiatives, elevate accountability, and embed DEIB in our people and business operations.
