Pros

- Good product, on par with main competitor feature/functionality wise - Solid base comp / RSU's

Cons

- Most new hires are coming from either VMware or Dell, especially at the leadership level - Legacy Dynatrace management (the people who know how to actually sell the product) are slowly being pushed out and culture is not what it once was - As a result, front line leaders are now panicking and putting more pressure on their reps - Very weak marketing, in the top right of the quadrant yet most prospects have never heard of Dynatrace - Focusing more on the channel but the partner sales team has zero direction or strategy

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
