      Pros

      EPAM is probably the best place to start your development career. They provide a lot of internal courses, trainings and meet ups. EPAM tries to follow all modern technologies and make their developers best on the market. Your professional grow is most welcome. I've been working here since I've graduated in 2012 till 2016, and I grew up from junior to Senior Developer. Also they provide nice benefits, great medical insurance.

      Cons

      The salary is quite low in comparison to other companies.
