      - allows to deep into production for former students very quick - flexible schedule - perspective opportunities for long working employees - variety of project (but you rarely would choose ones) - good if you want to try yourself in a manager position

      Cons

      - salary - knowledge and proficiency level of some of the employees (might be not suitable for the position)
