      Work life balance, no OT

      Cons

      Been working in this company for 7 years and started working from this company before it was acquired by EPAM. Nowadays, they don't accept foreigners anymore and if you would like Chinese to be your manager then this is a company for you, otherwise look for other opportunities if you want to work in multicultural diverse workplace. I think most of the clients also were chinese now compared before.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
