      EPAM takes care of its employees and provides lots of opportunities to learn, develop yourself and fulfil your career goals.

      Cons

      Although it is a good place for development and to boost your career, it may be really hard to get a raise in your salary. Sometimes some processes are not transparent enough and, thus, you may not understand what is going on.
