      A good company to start with and gain new experience due to (possible) project changes. It handled courses for beginners and taught particularly everything to be ready to start as Junior. Benefitial program is good

      Cons

      No salary reviews for 1.5 years. Offers of salary increases after an indefinite period of time.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
