      Pros

      Since when I started, the work environment has been positive. I come from a service background, and I can say that EPAM ensured competitive benefits. I worked for one of EPAM’s largest customer accounts, it has been a great learning and added a lot to my technical skills. I was promoted to lead from software engineer, and my manager supported my growth. I was shadowing her for multiple projects at different stages from staffing to onboarding. When I came back from my maternity break, my team welcomed me and helped me catch up with work easily. Good work-life balance- no work weekends but depends on project also

      Cons

      When I joined, the interviews were tough to pass. I’d love EPAM to keep the bar high so that the right people are hired.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
