      -great flexibility in choosing projects, technologies from top companies and current technologies -top internal learning tools and mentoring for just about anything -support for any issues and concerns in the form of staff who are in charge of your well-being -huge internal libraries and subscriptions to just about any learning resource, free certifications for many technologies -great ethos - you can really feel people stick to the etiquette and care for giving their best in human relations

      -not much time to use all the resources at hand when you're working on a project
