      Office, its location. Relatively flexible and stable. Relatively modern tech stack.

      Cons

      Lots of buerecracy to the point where some processes practically do not work. Massive layer of middle managers who are rather a liability than an asset. An awful lot of paperwork for nothing. Astonishing level of politics.
