Pros
Nice view from the main buildings. Chance to move in the CEE group to countries with more fruitful economic environment.
Cons
The company culture favours scapegoating. People are affraid of taking responsibility, decisions are delayed or not made at all at mid-mgmt or lower levels. The upper mgmt seems to lost connection to reality, they rarely perceive it. The working environment and day-to-day tasks are made stresseful by superiors and the company has been producing huge chunks of losses for 5 consecutive years now. Expectations for this year is also quite low.
