Lack of progression if you are a temporary or contract agent. You do the same work that an official does with almost half salary. Short contracts of 1 year or 2 until you reach the maximum of 6 years. No other benefits, like meal vouchers, etc. Overtime work is not paid, but compensate with extra leave.
