Good salary, teleworking, interesting people to work with, possibility of trainings, for assistant it is easy to change job and work in other service.

Cons

Slow promotional path, possibility of certification (to change status from Assistant to Administrator) is long and for limited places. No proper reward for good working employees.

long hours , constant pressure , frustrating bureaucratic structures. Too much political consideration in the decision making process. Limited opportunity for future advavancement
