Pros
the company is very accommodating towards you. the top management listen to issues and have an open door policy
Cons
very little or no aspects of career growth (they expect work horses ). the company needs to invest in itself as it has a big pool of over qualified personnel (working on wages) many having post graduate degrees . if there are open positions within the company that align with a person who is at the bottom but their qualification match they should be considered and internal hiring for the same should be considered rather than expect them to go up the chain . e.g if senior management for office positions are open and they are hiring , rather than looking outwards they should look inwards to their existing pool of junior hourly waged employees although immigrants , but they have alot of professional experience , this would save time and money for the company as they would have an employee who knows the company from the ground up and will be loyal to them .
