Pros

Get a card given to you for 15% discount on your farmfoods shopping and also 1 card for a family member to use. Great cafeteria will never go hungry or thirsty. Nice staff members and management

Cons

Biggest con is the trailer is never packed in the order which you need to deliver so you have unload whole trailer most times to get to your first drops products and needing to unload whole trailer to get to the freezer and then obviously having to re-reload whole trailer numerous times throughout your shift and also 9/10 there are no electric pum trucks to use so very hard labour with the size of crates and pallets that you need to unload and also very slippery and dangerous when in bad weather conditions I was injured a few times. Although you are told there isn't that much handball I can assure you it's full handball and is back breaking work everyday, everyone knows and expects to have to move yourself and put in some effort but to be blunt it's a joke they could atleast load the trailer in order of routes and drop-off locations but even still you would have to unload it just to get to the freezer!!! And they should makesure there are electric pum trucks to make it somewhat easier for the driver. All in all TOO much handball and backbreaking heavy lifting for the rate amount they pay which is in-between £13.42 and £16.68. Also not allowed to leave cafeteria with any of the food or drink items provided for staff.

Pros

15% discount Nothing else is a pro

Cons

Micro management I’ve never experienced in 10 years of retail management. They’re living in the stone ages in terms of technology. Hourly staff get paid to 15 mins so upper management will try and shaft your pay in the name of prod, no clock in/out machine so you’re reliant on managers clocking you accurately. Everything they do is just weird and backwards. They don’t believe in employee law, 11 hour rest period being the big one.
