Pros

Flexibility with scheduling was good at first. Job security is pretty good, of all the people who no longer work here, only 1 got fired and this is out of about 12 people who left within the last year or two.

Cons

Training is awful as in almsot non existent. Pay is terrible for the amount of work you are expected to do. Benefits are quite expensive and not very good as they were one year ago. Management is incompentent and never want to pull their weight or help out with scheduling gaps. Seniority means almost nothing where I work and they will change your schedule at the drop of a hat and not even tell you about it until they call and ask where you are. Too many audits and changes made on a weekly basis. Every other week it seemed we are being audited and you are expected to have eveything freakishly clean. Customers are also completely terrible to the staff. They will call you names, insult you and expect you to do everything for them without even trying to attempt it themselves.

Pros

Good work life balance, hours are flexible, team members are pretty nice overall, benefits are good, company is stable and job security is good

Cons

Way too many things to remember, they say “you don't have to remember everything, just know where you can figure it out” and thats all fine and good but there are so many places to go and you have to know where, and despite what they say there are things you cant find anywhere and just have to know, so many systems are just confusing and have no real guidelines to follow, and thats not to mention that every manager has there own places where they do it either the fedex way or their own way, and you never know until you get called out for doing something. Pay is also pretty low and the only way to make more is take on management roles
