Pros
It all boils down to management, if you get a good manger, who supports and cares about what you do , this is an amazing place to work, but if you get a bad one, its high stress, and your completely unsupported, they do help pay for school even if its only a bit, and the training programs if you take advantage of them are really good.
Cons
They dont pay there employees nearly enough for how much work you have to do, making copies is not rocket science its true, but also we use a ton of vendors and programs in order to meet all our customers needs, the amount of retained knowledge you need to have an educated conversation, with a bigger client is extraordinary and there is more and more pressure to learn each new thing has fedex rolls out it new print products.
