Far too much overtime that is often unnecessary Management does not hire new workers efficiently or draft effective daily/nightly shift rosters Concerns from the employees often fall on deaf ears Only recently implemented a temporary increase in pay, of which an absence of this would leave FedEx out of any competition from other logistics.
