- Management do not want to listen, and never does - Salaries barely rise every year and stay below the market values (even when they promise you a nice rise) - Lead can tell you in face that for your salary they'll hire 6 more people in India - Company doesn't need you - Too much meetings - Super old codebase noone has time to refactor - Overtime is appreciated but never really pays off
