Company is good. Some managers made it worse - Team Lead HARMAN Employee Review

Some managers are not good. They will show their partiality & politics within the team. Good Hike & promotion will be for their favourites. Not for the hardworking people or not from whom the company is getting benefit or income. They wil put the effort . Their managers and their favourites will get the benefit without any performance or simply with some show off. They won't even reply to our concerns if we will work in client place. Some managers are with full of false promises. They will promise each & everything in meetings and nothing will happen. It will spoil employees trust with company
