1. Poor HR team, few HR manager doesn't know the HR policies. They are always busy in conducting events, better call them as event organizers. 2. Manager's decision is final. It is waste of time to escalate on them. Nothing will be changed. 3. If you're on the bench, it is difficult to get the project, if you are on the bench for 4 weeks then you will be forced to resign. 4. There are no onsite opportunities, there is no formal H1B process, don't expect any onsite. Onsite depends on your project and how close and obedient to your manager. Most of the time you will get the chance of short term Business visit opportunities. 5. Work life balance depends on your project, In some projects Managers forcefully ask you work on late nights and weekends. 6. Salary increment is between 2 to 8 percent.
