1) Good company to work 2) Good atmosphere and there are employee sales with good discounts on Harman/JBL products 3) Good reward programs are introduced recently
Cons
1) Old employee's salary is not growing as per industry standards. New employees are getting good package easily 2) Wanted to highlight one thing as we didn't get variable pay and hike this year. It was supposed to come at July . But not yet come. They are saying there is a slight delay and will be paid out with arrears. But its not happened yet. This is happening in Manyata Division @ Bangalore. I am not sure about other divisions 3) Every year they are changing appraisal cycles. I dont know what is the reason. I am not feeling this as good. 4) Variable payout is 2 times in a year. This is not good. Quarterly payout is good for employees.
