Pros
The culture and the benefits are fairly good in comparison with other tech companies. Lots of opportunities to bring in changes and improvements. Good learning experience overall. Employees are given Harmon products at huge discounts.
Cons
Things change too fast all of a sudden. Two month back they were hiring people and now they are looking to consolidate the site locations and laying off people. Yet to see the impact of samsung acquisition. Professional Solutions division is performing very poorly.
