      policies and rules are good.

      Cons

      My review is for QA department. There is majority of people from bengal and Orissa, And they make sure, only their relatives and their friends should take all benefits. They don't even allow other employees to take basic professional trainings provided by the HARMAN. Working conditions are worst due to these people.
