Politics is high here. Micromanagement. Favoring people, partiality. Lack of training. Not giving proper work. No laptops. No work from home[it is given as per hr policy, but few project managers dont LIKE work from home, so those team people are not allowed to take]. Hiring for a work and putting in bench for more than 6 months. Hiring for Development and putting for doing support work. I was hired as a Software Developer and they have put me into Requirement Engineering, which is not having anything to do with Actual Requirement, only stuff is to compare excel files or word files and highlighten changes using font colors.
