      - good work life balance - good brand - discount on harman and samsung products

      Cons

      - salary cut due to covid, this is forced discussion by organziation but HR says this is voluntary fund. - lay off - lot of changes in policy due to covid , impacting directly to employees benefits - no one listen to you, they will keep you working on tech that you don't like. they will not assign you to project where your skillset matches.
