Pros
They had some good contract positions available at Microsoft and the process of onboarding was relatively smooth.
Cons
No connections at other tech companies to support workers whose contracts were expiring. Company cut our salary by 10% during the pandemic even though they continued to charge Microsoft the same amount for our work.
