Many intelligent, knowledgeable, and experienced workers. Very casual dress code, great employee discounts on decent audio gear.
Cons
Leadership vacuum at upper and middle-management levels as evidenced by extremely poor levels of employee engagement, pervasive apathy, no discipline to process, third-world employee performance management process, no bonus or salary compensation incentives for regular employees during times of record revenue and profit, little accountability at all levels, low levels of intra-group communication, low expectations everywhere, no real world work-life balance, career advancement very hit or miss, working hard is valued far more than working smart, extremely poor use of significant intellectual capital.
