After that, you will be on the bench and later allocated to a project where you have to again start self-learning or training on the technology you are allocated. After that, you will be supported kind of tasks, but you will be still non-billable which means you are on the bench in the view of HR management. At last, after 2 months, they will force you to resign because you were unable to get a project since 2 months.
