      Management group is very supportive to employees at all levels. Pay is above average for most positions. Excellent benefits package. Company has a strong "promote from within" mindset. Super solid job security!

      Location is a little far from cities.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
