Cons

Like any large matrix organization, decision-making can be complex and slow at times, especially across regional and global levels. There’s room to empower local teams more and streamline internal processes to better adapt to fast-changing market dynamics. nice team, young people, multicultural environment. pay is really good for an intern; and the christimas and holiday bonuses are great!

Cons

most of the team i worked for was great. there was this one guy who making many of my days really stressful and dreadful. he was somehow a good person but with awful management style. unexperienced in my opinion, unable to communocate properly
